It was rebuilt by Ochi Tamazumi, the lord of Iyo Province, after receiving an imperial decree, and is now an independent temple with the Daitsuchisho Nyorai as its main deity. There are many buildings on the temple grounds, such as the Yakushi-do and the Kimpira-do, but the autumn foliage season is especially worth seeing. You can also receive a Goshuin stamp, so we recommend keeping it as a souvenir when you visit.
